Established in the year 2017 we “Thermo Efficient Engineers” is a Manufacturer, Trader and Exporter of the wide spectrum Storage Tank, Industrial ID Fan, Screw Conveyors, Cyclone Dust Collector etc. We are manufacturing these products using premium grade raw material that is procured from the authentic vendors of the market. We offer these products at reasonable rates and deliver these within the promised time-frame.
We have hired an adroit team of employees, which keeps themselves abreast with advanced manufacturing techniques and designs. Further, we also have a quality control unit, wherein, we check our entire range on defined parameters like design, quality and finish. All units and equipped with all the essential tools, machine, and technology in order to manufacture a high-quality range of products
Under the valuable guidance of our mentor, Mr.Dipak Varpe, we are growing with a notable rate in the market. He has spent long years in the industry to have rich industrial experience enabling us to understand the varied requirements of our clients.
Thermo Efficient Engineers is led by Mr. Dipak Vasantrao Varpe, Managing Director. Thermo Efficient Engineers started by its managing director who started his carrier as a mechanical engineer in 2009 and served many reputed companies at very responsible post and got very vast experience of production and projects in boilers equipments like (Fire tube boiler and Water tube boilers, economizer, APH, heat exchanger, thermic fluid heater Air Receiver tank etc).
However we started separate Thermo Efficient Engineers from Aug, 2017 and diversified our business in this company apart from project work, company started to provide operation and maintenance services.
We are committed to execute the work as per client requirement, delivered equal to or exceeding the specified requirements of the project. The general philosophy is to
operate and maintain the system which provide documentary evidence that the work has been executed to the issued specification and were any deviation from this has
been made that is recorded and approved.
Thermo Efficient Engineers is committed to apply total quality management systems within its business to meet the requirements of the Client as described below.

Continually improves the effectiveness of the quality management system through the use of quality policy, safety policy, objectives, audit results, analysis of data,
corrective and preventive actions and management review.
The company maintains and observed a rigorous safety program. A permanent safety inspector is employed working directly under the operations manager and alongside
the project managers to oversee and enforce safety in the project sites.
The company has not incurred a single loss of man hours due to accidents during the entire period of its operation till now. Safety standards are always upheld. Protective
clothing is issued, and its use is made compulsory. In addition, any safety regulation applicable on its various sites is fully complied with and enforced.
The company lives by its standards: Safety promotes awareness, prevents accidents and improves performance. It is our objective and requirement for the project which
are set out below:
1. Zero accidents.
2. Zero environmental incident.
3. All activities to be carried out in accordance with the standard safety working practice and procedures.
4. All employees and contractor’s visitors assigned to the project are responsible for their own safety and for those around them.
5. Where specific risks have been identified, the project manager will formally evaluate the risk providing assessment ensuring that these constraints are
effectively
communicated to all personnel executing the work.
6. In the event of any accident prompt action will be taken in addressing the situation.
7. Regular safety toolbox meeting will be held with the workforce.
8. Proactive approach to safety management to be adhered to at all times
9. Maintaining clean and tidy site is of the utmost importance.
